So 2 weeks after my baby is born my bfs dad told him to get a DNA test before he signs the Birth Certificate or AOP papers, that is fine with me because their is no doubt in my mind that he is the father the only problem is he wants me to pay for the test and provide transportation ...... $80 for the test and $40 for gas, i don't work so how am i supposed to spit out $120? Being that we both are minors we both depend partially on our parents his dad doesn't want to help with anything until he takes the test, i don't know what to do at this point ...... i need advice from other parents in my situation.

There is no need for you to pay for the test when he is the one doubting it. If his dad wants him to get the test his dad needs to provide transportation and pay for the test. Stand your ground mama! My boyfriends mom wanted him to get a DNA test and I'm still pregnant. My boyfriend David is 150000000% sure he is the dad and told his mom if she wants to doubt she can pay. Best believe she came around and started excepting the baby. Even though they are going to start shit because they want you to pay continue to stand your ground its not that you're denying the test youre just denying paying for the test. complete difference. you got this mama!!

Tell them they can pay for the test and if they don't wanna pay you can file for child support and one will be court ordered, it's a shame that's what it takes sometimes for them to act like they have a little sense
