Are period like but painful cramps normal? Hurts to my toes. 30 weeks tomorrow!

if they are regular and getting closer together I'd call your doctor

I'm 36 weeks and have been feeling period like cramps as well. My doctor said that unless it's accompanied by discharge or contraction like cramps is usually just you stretching preparing for labour to come in (could still be weeks). But I'd definitely get in touch with your doctor to be on the safe side :)

Went to my small town hospital and they are now transporting me to Calgary. Not sure what's happening yet!
