So I've waken up with yet another headache. it isn't a tension headache, it's my sinuses. It starts at my nose up to my left temple. So aggravating. I took Tylenol around 9am yesterday and it went away until about 9pm, I took another around 10/11pm and went to sleep. What to do? I hate feeling like this.

I've always had bad sinus headaches, but it's so much more miserable now. Do you do anything for them? @emkasting

Try drinking gator aid. I have to drink some or I will get a horrible headache.

All I do is take some Tylenol and it very rarely helps 😓 I've always had a bad problem with headaches, but since I got pregnant they seem to be a lot more frequent and worse. Normally I would take excedrin and that always helped a lot but my doctor told me I can't take it while pregnant so I'm stuck with Tylenol. Do to you anything differently?

They haven't been to frequent during this pregnancy, I would just try to sleep it off. But this headache started Wednesday night, i took Tylenol yesterday morning it went away. Tylenol don't usually work when I wasn't pregnant, I had to use Excedrin also. they use to be so bad to where I felt sick and didn't want to move. @emkasting

Sometimes it happens because your electrolytes are low. I hate getting headaches /: I feel for you!

I have horrible sinuses, but right now I'm not congested or nothing.. idk @nataliekm
