oh okay, if it's a lot coming out then yeah it's the plug, so check if it's coming out in chunks! sometimes plugs take a while to come out completely. mine didn't come out at all! @mommy2two10

if it's thick and white then contact your doc. It can be a sign of a yeast infection.

if it's a lot of clear discharge, like enough to soak a pad up then go in. It can be a sign of ammomiatic fluid escaping.

if it's just a normal amount than it's fine, most women spend their pregnancies having to use panty liners because of it.
