Does anyone on here have a early untrasound of twins because am freaking out

I believe this was at 11 weeks

One of my ultrasound sound looks like one but the other looks like another sac but empty idk

I don't think I see what you are talking about. Looks like one baby to me.

They def would have told you if you had two babies in there.

The other spot on the left of the ultrasound? Definitely not a sack.. Maybe your ovary or something but only one sac, only one baby.
