6 weeks to actually do a hard core full on workout. you can walk around the block and all when you feel comfortable, but if you get too crazy, you're body will let you know with nice big lochia
Please tag me when you have some comments! I'm curious when some women started working out. I'm 5 1/2 weeks postpartum and am still healing from vaginal delivery. I'm walking but not much more than that yet.
