I know this may sound crazy, but when I breastfed my daughter, I never got diarrhea. So now that I'm getting it (probably from something I ate), should I pump and dump until my symptoms have gone away or is he safe? I just don't want him to suffer the same way I am.

No definitely don't waste your milk! He can't catch something from the breast milk if anything it will help him not get it! Keep feeding momma!

I don't know what the best thing to do in this situation is, but if it helps Ive had diarrhea twice while breastfeeding and my daughter hadn't seem to be affected.
