When you lay down elevate your feet....if your getting a foot massage make sure it's towards the heart so the fluids can release and spread out (if you have blood clots or any blood disease NEVER stroke towards the heart because it can send a lodged clot through your blood stream and kill u!) but if ur A okay in heart and blood don't worry

@xariansmom516, Mhmmm! Wonderful pregnancy. Lol on those days just try and keep them elevated as much as possible! Like above your heart if possible, at least when you're home.

I woke up swollen this morning though and it has gotten worse throughout the day. I have noticed the more I am on my feet, the worse it can get.

Awww @xariansmom516 well sometimes it just happens! I know I have random days where it happens and I'll have drank plenty of water and had no salt that day or the days before.

@candacelouise, I thought I had been doing really good with that. 😝
