that's normal. your body is stretching and things are moving around to make room.

and when I say cramps I mean like bad cramps. I cramped a little. it felt like I was about to start my period cramps. also it is normal to spot during the first day you are spota start ur perioud

first time I thought I was looseing the baby, it was bright red lasted a day. the second and third time it was more pink but still red and lasted a day into the night. I talked to my doc and she told me that some people have a "week" cervix so when u go poo if u push to hard you make ur cervix bleed. Also sneezeing or coughing can cause it. have u cramped when u we're spotting?

I started to spot at 7 weeks then again at 9 weeks and last time so far at 12 weeks

you can spot for a while. it's called implantation bleeding. it can be light red to a dark brown and anywhere in between.
