Just found out my mom has to be in Utah Mon-Thurs. My older sister (who I have completely disowned) has a custody hearing to try to get her eldest son back. Because she left him with his other grandparents. In UTAH. While she lives in Missouri. For over SIX MONTHS. What the actual fuck. What if I go into labor and my mom doesn't get to be there because my older sister is the terrible kind of person who abandons their child in another goddamn state for half a year?! This is the same child that we thought was autistic, only to find out he had developmental issues caused by horrible neglect from INFANCY. And now because legally she might "lose" him she's up in arms going to get him back. I honestly hope the other grandparents win. No child deserves a parent like that.

woww.. they are probably going to get custody regardless cause he's been with them for so long. she will get put on child support unless she signs her rights away @gingyrex . I know this BC I got my first baby taken away from me at 4 days and me and my fiance has to pay child support. it was over a stupid reason but they thought we were to young. (I was already about to be 18)

I hope she is with you when the time comes! that is a messed up situation :( I'd feel the same way too. She did it to herself. it's nice that your mom cares but she shouldn't leave you so close to being due!
