Just lost a dime sized piece of my mucus plug that had small streaks of blood in it! Hoping this means baby is near! I'm trying not to get too excited though because it was such a small amount of blood and mucus. BUT - Yesterday I thought I saw some bloody show when I wiped, but it wasn't very distinct so I wasn't sure... Now I'm sure I'm not crazy at least lol. What was it like when you lost your mucus plug? Just wanting to compare and hear others' opinions!

That's how mine was. I was already in the hospital but when we saw the blood streaks we knew it was time. He was born an hour or so later.

My first it looked like that. With my second there was a little more blood but I had both children within 24 hours of losing it! Everyone is different but sounds like your body is starting to head in that direction! Just be on the look out for contractions or water breaking

@karnamarie, Oh trust me I am on 24 hour baby watch!! Hopefully anytime now! I have felt extremely uncomfortable today & my back has been extra painful all day. Crossing my fingers! Thank you for responding :)
