taking my glucose test tomorrow I just wanted to know if I can eat before or not I have been reading…

It depends on your doctor. I was allowed to have breakfast (I had eggs and veggie bacon).

I don't know my doctor wasn't specific she just told me on my last visit that I was having my glucose test taken @wyatts_mommy_0106 and @tayek

the 1 hour test yes you can eat breakfast but it cannot contain alot of sugar in it so whatever you eat watch the sugar otherwise it could mess up your test

Ok sounds like it's the 1 hr every Dr is different you can always call and speak to the nurse and ask but my Dr told.me it was unnecessary to fast for the one hour test some women do but you don't have too just don't eat or drink anything high in sugar and you should pass

That's so crazy... Neither of the doctors I had gave any kind of food or liquid restrictions for the 1 hr only on the 3 hr test was I told not to eat 12 hrs before and not to drink anything 8 hrs before

try not to eat on the day of your glucose. let the night/evening be your last meal. i have passed mine with my two last pregnancies and dind eat nothing that day i think u can only drink water. it can affect your results if eat before

I go in on Tuesday to do my test. My doctor told me it's fine for me to eat breakfast.

I am not sure if everyone is different but my doctor said nothing to eat or drink 2 hours before test??
