can implantation bleeding look and be like a period and last for only 3 days? I was 3 days late on my period and then started bleeding on the 4th day for only 5 days.

if it's light enough for just panty liner maybe but if your using tampon and it's getting somewhat full sounds like a period. good luck and baby dust girl!
