Hi lovely mom's, I am new to the site.I just need some clarification cuz am freaking out already

I had a d&c on Jan 21 due to blighted ovum at 11weeks.Doc said we shld wait for a period before trying again.Yeah,we did wait☺and I had my period on d 5th of March.Now on Monday I saw some brownish spotting,Tuesday and Wednesday it was pinkish and jz dz afternoon it is a bit of bright red.....I did a pregnancy test on Tuesday and I got a faint positive,I did another today it's stl a faint positive.Am I pregnant???My period is due to come on d 3rd of April
