Ok Mommy's I need a little help... Went to my 38 week appointment today and I am still stuck at 3.5cm dilated and 70% effaced but my doctor says my cervix is very soft and ripe... I have my 39 week appointment next Thursday on April 7th and we have a membrane sweep scheduled if I haven't went into labor by then and Also my husband will be home the day before my appointment on the 6th and I'm 100% sure we will make love for the first time in 3 months so that is a factor to but My question is:

Has any of you ladies had a membrane sweep and if so how soon after getting it did you go into labor?? This is my first baby and I'm just a little curious as to what to expect!!!
