should you breastfeed baby on both breasts during a feeding or just one??

I just do one unless she empties one, starts snoozing and wants to keep going when I unlatch

they say to alternate every feeding so you don't become clogged up

I only do one side at a time that way baby can draw out the hind milk (the real good fatty stuff).

@emily18234, do you pump the other if she doesn't want more? Or just wait until she's hungry again?

@rainbowbaby2015, ahh okay and that can cause mastitis. I was wondering because I thought the hind milk was said to be the best milk. And it seems like switching would stop the baby from getting that

depends. if I feel full, I pump. She's going through a phase where my boons are her personal pacifier though, so there's barely a time she's not attached
