It might be tough if they were already dried (sets the stain) but I would try either hairspray or rubbing alcohol to see if you can some of the pen out

@owynngenesmommy07216, hopefully it works. If you have any of that oxyclean maybe that would help, but it wouldn't hurt

Hairspray works good on pen

oxiclean with boiling water! it releases tons of bubbles that I swear will remove anything!
