make sure to drink plenty of water and eat a healthy dinner low in sodium. it helps a lot during delivery.

I got dehydrated and didn't have dinner it was horrid. puked fot 24 hours.

does it hurt to get induced my doctor keeps trying to induce me but I want to have him come on his own

oh okay because im 4 centimeters dilated and my doctor secretary keep calling saying that they want to induce me mind you im not due until Monday
