Question: I'm a very pale person, especially compared to my husband, I know I won't get too much time to be outside this summer since my son will be so little, so I wasn't sure if I'm allowed to lay out while pregnant? We have beaches all over and I really just wanna go out and lay in the sun and get in the water, but I don't want to if it's gonna somehow harm my son. Obviously I'll bring tons of water with me and stay hydrated but other than that, anything I should know?
