Ever since becoming pregnant I have had problems with my teeth to where one tooth in particular swells all the way up to my eye (my right side of my face) well every time it swells because of an infection *picture in comments* I get a white bubble of my gum, can anyone give me any pain relief ideas? The actually tooth doesn't hurt its the swelling that hurts.

you need to go to the dentist. you can just have your doctor write you a slip saying your pregnant and that no stays or what ever. but if you don't take care of your teeth it can cause premature labor

Some tooth problems can kill you. My dad almost died from an abcess.

Yeah get that checked hun it could be an absess it could be a hidden clot, and you dont want a clot that close to your brain. Make sure thats nothing serious.

@francesgln92, I have went to a dentist and the only dentist that takes my insurance around me won't do anything while pregnant because I have anxiety attacks and they have to give me meds before I go and give me the gas and can't do either while pregnant. my ob recommended I wait till baby is born since I only have 5 weeks or less

It's called a gum boil. Google it, had one once. I never went to the dentist bc I didn't have insurance at the time. I popped it and it went away. Just don't swallow what comes out of it!
