I don't understand why some people think it's acceptable to say "the BD said he doesn't want a handicap baby.. idk what I'll do if these test come back that somethings wrong"

I got suspended for punching a cheerleader in my English class because she said she's abort a handicapped child no matter how far along she was.. it was like a reflex..

smh. .I would love whatever extra chromosome my child may have. .can't say I wouldn't feel bad she has to go through life viewed as being different but as long as I'm there beside her we will make it

My boyfriend always said he hates mentally challenged people with a passion, when we did our anatomy scan and found out we were having a girl he of course pouted because he wanted a boy. but 10 minutes later the doctor told us she was showing indications of having down syndrome and needed more testing. my boyfriend was very conflicted at first but eventually got over his feelings towards mentally challenged people in general. we have a perfectly normal and healthy baby girl, and he no longer hates people with disabilities. it was a weird way to do it but I felt like it was karma teaching him a lesson.
