Okay ladies I've seen you post about this and had no idea what you were talking about until now. anywho I woke up with terrible pain in my groin (feels like a pulled muscle) in the middle of the night and it has not subsided. I realize this is normal, but any relief suggestions? I'm on my feet all day and this is killing me
And if possible, you could wear belly support but it doesn't work as good as stretching :)
