sorry for the following rant but we currently have a dude staying with us who doesn't work,or try cause he uses the twice felon card brings no food or money yet and trashed my living room and back room and he sleeps in my living room til noon cause his TV is in there cause the cable is only in our room and living room..... I have no say cause it starts fights but I want my apartment back.... and the living room he decided to clean it up after I've ranted and raved about it and he still didn't finish and currently still asleep and I've been up since 8 due to being a parent... my daughter can't go in there yet and it's pissing me off.. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡✨✨✨✨✨😡😡😡😡😡✨✨✨

tell him that there is a ghost tenant rule and he is only allowed to stay 2 weeks max otherwise he has to be on the lease and pay. in some places it's an actual rule.
