I was 35+5 weeks my water broke on its own 01/05/15 at 7:04pm I was scrolling thru preggie. I woke up my husband and told him I thought my water broke he asked if I was sure and I told him no. so I called my SIL and she didn't answer so my husband told me to ask my FIL and I told him he could ask his dad no a conversation I wanted to have with his dad so I finally called my Dr I was told to go to the hospital where I had to wait 30 mins for someone at L&D to come get me they got me in a gown test the liquid admitted me. the Dr came in to check me I was at a 1cm 80?faced. then they inserted a cervical balloon in me and started my pitcon contractions started hitting hard 15 mins later they gave me meds for the pain and I went to sleep got woken up at 1am with horrible contractions my screaming woke up my SIL she went and got a nurse the nurse that came in was rude as fuck I told her to leave my room and have the nurse that was with me when they admitted me come see me. So the other nurse came in and looked to see what the balloon was doing it had came.out so I was at a 6&1/2 cm and she advised me to get my epidural so I did and went back to sleep a hr afterwards. I was woke up at every hr to be checked for progression I was at at 10cm at 6am 01-06-15 I had to wait for my Dr's ok to push he came in 3 hrs later and gave me the go ahead @9am I started pushing took me 42 mins to get him out. he was born 4lbs 5oz 17in long and I had a 1st degree tear took 7 stitches to stitch me up
I went into Labor and Delivery for Contractions at 38weeks and 4 days and they checked and I was only two centimeters dilated. They went to do my discharge papers and while the doctor was gone I had one that was off the charts and the heart monitor went crazy because babies heart rate dropped so in came 6 doctors and the sent me to my room and induced me. it was 11pm, my husband who was in the Army was training and it took me four hours to get ahold of him and when I did he came running in the room covered in dirt and face paint. They broke my water when he got their, it was all blood and I went to a four, about six hours later no more dilation.baby was in distress and his heart rate was dropping, they brought me to an emergency c section, my son was born the next morning at 3:28am. @breannaedwards_
I starting having contractions at midnight right at my due date. I woke my baby's dad up and was like I think I'm having contractions. lol he didn't believe me and told me to go to sleep so I got irritated because I knew it was contractions! So I just laid down for a while and tried to go back to sleep for a while. Around 4 the pain was to much so I woke my mom up and told her I was having contractions and she felt my stomach and it was hard all over. We went to the living room and started timing them. I had a dog and she was like my baby and I guess she sensed I was in pain because she was crying. A lil while later I went. To the restroom and when I wiped I seen some mucus looking stuff I got scared and called my mom and she said it was my mucus plug and that we needed to go to the hospital. We got all my bags and got in the car to go. When we got there I immediately got admitted and was in pain!!! lol The got me some pain medicine thru an i.v and I felt alil better. I actually slept for the rest of the time I didn't feel my water break because I was sleeping and then the next thing I knew they told me it was time to push. I pushed about 3 times and my baby girl was here. The moment I seen her head full of hair I cried tears of joy. I had my mom my grandma the baby's dad and his mom in the room. While the doctors were cleaning her up she started to pee on them. lol then when they brought her to me she had big eyes and was sticking her tongue out. I can honestly say that was the best day of my life. She was born 5 lbs 14 oz 19 in.
