I *believe*. They had the "out of pocket cost" then zeroed it out because his employee health program paid. But I'll double check the paper for you

Most places only charge a small portion of the total cost when you pay cash up front, they just make insurance companies pay the whole cost because of the effort to get the reimbursement. I think it's about $40.

I guessed it was something like that. Call around and ask pharmacies in your area, they will tell you what they bill people for paying cash up front without insurance. I was just saying even doctors offices don't charge the full amount for services if you can pay cash, they always give a cash discount.
