you can always call the bank and ask to have the fees waved

I'm pretty sure that whenever you first payed online that you used your card & it asks you if you would like the money to be taken out your card every month when your bill is due & if you didn't they have no right to be having access to your account taking your money..

I would deff call , had something similar happen to me but wasn't with the cable company they took like 3 payments in less then a month which they weren't suppose to & it left my account in - & I have my account set up to not let me use my card if I have no money left so like that I don't have to deal with going crazy with the banks money & trying to figure out how I'll pay it later & I still have to pay the bank whatever the tried taking out of my account.. Never again will I do anything like that again..

you can dispute charges if they came out on the wrong date, go into your bank and talk to them. just don't forget that you will have to pay it later. the bank should also refund any fees that happened because of the mistake. I am in the banking industry, and I file these disputes all the time.

you may want to try calling the cable company first though, because the bank will ask you if you did and what they said. write down when you called and who you spoke to.

your bank can file a debit card dispute or ach unauthorized form, because you did not authorize the transaction for that day.

wtf?! one of the reasons I don't do automatic withdrawal anymore cuz I don't feel in control of my finances as much.
