Both above posts are correct, Benedryl and Tylenol pm have the exact same ingredients, of course Tylenol pm has acetaminophen in it as well. But I take Benedryl at night to sleep, works wonders most of the time
I've been taking unisom and it seems to help me. Benadryl didn't do crap for me and I don't like taking an allergy pill when I'm using it just to sleep.

Unisom also has the same ingredient as Benedryl, just a higher amount :)
