Is anyone else having issue with their arms or hands falling asleep at night? It seems like everynight my hands fall asleep on me.

When I lay on one side for too long I wake up and the arm and had on that side is all tingly n stuff haha. So annoying! But I told my dr about it and she didn't say anything about carpel tunnel
