I work for cricket try turning off the phone and take out the battery and Sim card then reboot it and it should work after if not take it to your nearest store

they should be able to but if you want the refund since you did it over the phone call 611 speak to customer care and give them your confirmation number you should've got it verbally and in a text and tell them you want a refund so they can credit it back on your card it should take 2 business to get back on your card but if you have a good bank usually the same day

btw if you don't have your confirmation number its fine they should be able to find the payment in the system under your card number don't let them tell you otherwise
