@lashellg, I mean she hasn't had the best luck with guys in the past but that doesn't mean her son and my relationship is going to be bad like his dad and hers was :( he's so much better than his dad and I'm not going to hurt her son. She knows that though.

I think its just a parent thing. My parents dont want me to be married and they've been married for 28 yrs lol. She probably think its just best to wait and not to rush anything bc she knows he's not ready.

I totally wanted the same thing too. Idk why it bothered me for my child's birth certificate to have 2 different last names on it but I'm over it now. lol

@lashellg, yeah I'm not going to be mad at him over not being ready that's okay to me. He'll make it official when he is, until then it'll be okay. But I don't like his mom looking at me dumb for wanting to. :/ I haven't told anyone I wanted to other than him and I didn't want to tell anyone until we got married but he told her and it just upset me. I'm over it now lol until it happens again 😂
