@keannamarie1, I understand your struggle, my fiancé is a cross addicted alcoholic, I pray evey day that he stays clean and sober, we have so much going on with the baby and moving that I worry it will be too much, and he will slip up and I too will end up alone. I am alway here willing to talk if you want just message me. You will be a wonderful mom, and your daughter will be loved. If he gets clean and stays that way, I encourage you to work on their relationship, but only if you feel it is what is best for your daughter. Just know you are never alone, being the support system for a recovering addict is one of the hardest things to do. You didn't chose this life, but you care so you go out of your way, and it isolates you.

It's just dumb. I thought my daughter and I meant more to him. He couldn't stay clean.

Absolutely. I just don't know this is the third or fourth time running into this problem I already have so much stress and now this.
