35 weeks!!! Boy it's getting close, anybody know any breathing techniques or ways that'll help me…

What helped me was take deep breath in threw your nose and breath out threw your mouth like your trying to blow out a candle. (Learned it from my nurse when my epidural didn't work)

bc if you are i know just what you need or need to do...

have somebody really supportive in your room that wont give up with you, somebody you can squeeze your hand and massage your lower back through every horrible contractions especially after they induce you

I was naturally dialated 6cm than i couldnt dialate more so they induced me with pitocin. girl i almost gave up on my last 2cm but my husband said keep going that i wass close. i wanted to get the epidural at the end but my husband said there was no point bc i just needed 2cm. so no medication i did it

@ian022316, I went natural with my son but didn't plan to , I kept going to the hospital but they kept sending me home so I just stayed home till the next morning I arrived at 10 cm smh I really don't plan to go that far again 😩 I just hope I know when its the right time to go

You stuck it out and it was worth it in the end ... But girl I already know , I told them I can't do it anymore just cut me they said we can't it's too late 😩

i didnt even know my water broke, i just thought i wass peeing myself a little afterr peeing. i thought it wass just thee pressure of the baby making me leak a little. but it happened every single time i would go pee. i went overr to visitt my mom and i told her, she was like girl call your dr i think your water broke, the dr told me to go to the hospital to get tested and it was my water

Well next time just stay at the hospital and walk around and time your contractions and as soon as your contractions are every 4-5mins go up to L&D. Yeah I had the epidural with my first and it was amazing!!! I decided to get it with my second and it was the worse thing ever. I really didn't need it because I wasn't in pain but didn't want it later and not be able to have it. The guy messed and hit a nerve instead so I felt everything. It was just a waste of time and pain. This time I'm going to try not to get it.

whats helped me keep the right mindset away from the epidural is thinking about the effects it has on your babies heart rate and im due in 2 weeks and 2 days. so anytime now :D
