If it's an insane amount and you have to put a pad on and it stays over night and the next day, that's when you have to worry. It happened to me but it was a lot right after and the nurses told me i needed to be on pelvic rest for three days and that its normal unless it doesn't stop.

It's normal, I got worried, it happened to me too. You can always ask your ob, just as long as it's a light amount, I don't think it's anything to be worried about
