No because it takes like 4-6 days for the baby to even implant and then time after that for hcg to become detectable

yes I say 4+/- weeks ..since they start to count the day of your missed period

Yes my doctors went by my last period even though I tracked it after that and when I got ultra sound they said baby measuring right so it confused me so much

count from the 1st day of your last period. if the 1st day of your last period was 4 weeks ago, then you would be 4 weeks.
