6 months is the general rule.

You can starts introducing your baby to rice cereal at 4 months 😊 just make sure to get the okay from the pediatrician after your Babys 4 mo. appointment

And if your baby seems to always be hungry after a feeding, you can add an extra ounce and see how they do on that, the nurses told me this ☺
