Kind of like cramps maybe?

It may be because your organs are starting to move around to make space for the baby and the uterus is gonna start moving up also as the baby is growing

Its more of a pinching/poking and it's only on my left side..

Yea it's like a pinchy feeling...but with numbness...cuz I have that right now in my hip area lol

And kinda goes to my left leg
