yes, I also have it in the middle of my back towards the top, the only relief I found is Tylenol and laying down in bed on your back and relaxing.

@rainbowbaby2015, I can try Tylenol, but I can't lie down directly on my back. Belly's too big and heavy.

I have been having something similar since like 20 weeks but mine is on one side or the other never right in the middle and it hurts the most when I walk. The only way I know to describe it is it feels like someone stabbed me with a knife and it just shoots pain. The doc or told me that they thought the baby could be pinching a nerve in my back but where the pain wasn't shooting down my legs it wasn't the siatic nerve but there was basically nothing I could for it but take Tylenol and use a heating pad and it doesn't help. If you find something that helps please let me know because I myself am struggling with it aswell. I hope you get some relief soon girl!

@britfulcher, I'm hoping for relief too lol. I used a heating pad at my sisters and that helps as heat has always helped me. I need to buy a heating pad, but lol I don't where they're sold!

I got mine at Walmart and I'm pretty sure you could probably find one at cvs or Walgreens@losmartinez
