its hard telling your parents no matter how old you are. just know they might be mad at first but they will come around :) or they might just be excited !!! but they will always worry because you are their child!

I know my parents would have been mad at me if I had gotten pregnant before marriage. But they always told me they would be upset, but that they love me and would love the little one if it ever happened. I would've been scared like you though. Prayers and thoughts coming your way! 🙏🏻 The only reason parents get mad about this stuff though is because they love you and want the best for you. ❤️

It'll be okay love :) I had a hard time telling my parents too. My mom actually ended up telling my dad before I could, probably be cause she knew how badly he would react. He wouldn't talk to me for like two months and when he did start talking to me again he still hasn't even so much as mentioned the pregnancy. Doesn't ask how I am, how the baby is, nothing. Ugh. It's not like I'm a teenager or like I got knocked up by some random guy! So frustrating. I really hope everything goes well. No matter what happens just keep your head up, especially because you seem to be excited!!

keep your head up hun. you are 20 not 16 so although she may be a little disappointed for whatever reason its still her grandchild and I'm sure she'll be happy. I'm 24 and been ouy ny mom house since 17 and still was nervous to tell me mom just because I'm not married and my boyfriend and I had only been together 8 months at that time but she was SO excited it didn't make any sense, so don't stress it
