this part of being a mommy is going to kill me 😣😣 trying to schedule a newborn hearing screening for my daughter because she failed the ones at the hospital and all I get is transfered from one number to another and them saying oh we don't schedule those here like if you don't then who does 😣😣

my friend took her son for his follow up and the place told them they had to go somewhere else because they didn't have the proper equipment but they didn't call to tell then that they waited for them to show up for the appointment then told them

I completely understand! my I have to find a pediatric eye doctor that specializes in abnormal eye conditions because my 3 year old was born with a dermoid cyst on her eye. I've gone to 5 different "specialists" and they've all been just regular eye check up doctors.

I was told it's best to schedule one even tho I could just go in but they never told me where or who to call so I've called 7 numbers and been transfered twice trying to find the right place. I'm bout to call labor and delivery and see if they at least know where I should be calling .-. @mom13

oh it is... she may possibly need eye surgery at this point from how much it's grown and everyone who walks in to look at it says "what's that?" 😡

she was and we had her first doctors appt yesterday but they are the ones that gave me the orders for the test and then didn't tell me where to go! @mom13 and yea I would've gone off on them and been like you're supposed to know of places that are real specialists give me their damn info now! @crunchymomma

I did. they gave me a number that didn't work and then I called back and told them and they gave me a different number and then I call that one and they gave me another number and so on and so on.. @mom13

that's the thing I'm pretty sure they are just going to ask me to go to one of the 2 hospitals and I've called like every number I can think would be related to it and they just send me to someone else .-. @mom13
