I'm dilated 1 cm and 70% effaced. Dr apt at 8 am Friday, if I've dilated more at that appointment, I'm scheduled for induction Saturday afternoon/night but they will get us in as soon as someone delivers.

How do you know if you are dilated? Does your water have to break so you can be dilated? I'm 38 weeks and I still don't feel labor stuff lol

lizbeth9000 Girl i was checked 4 days before my due date and was not dilated at all lol.

BAD NEWS!! I'm not even 1cm dilated and only 30% thinned out :((((( she's never coming lol
