Why does my son call his great grandmom his deceased grandmothers name 😳 (which is my husbands mother who passed in 1996) we never say her name if we are talking about her we use "my mom"!or "your mom"

@raegenice, hes with me 24/7 lol no one speaks about her @ladyterry05 @krstokes2016 @belle_116 and i think she does because we asked him if he was having a brother or sister he said sister i said who told you and he pointed to her picture and said mom-mom
