I'm 21 weeks and cramping a lot too... but baby's moving a lot more now and growing... uterus is stretching to accommodate the baby.... round ligament pain for sure! it sucks!

@dueaugust17th2016, could be dehydration if you're having cramps. Or if it's a stabbing pain could be round ligament pain.
