First I thought I ovulated early bc I took a opk test and it was positive right after my period…

First I thought I ovulated early bc I took a opk test and it was positive right after my period ended only on cd 10 I even got the thick cm after like I ovulated. Then on Easter I got a even darker positive opk so I said no this is my ovulation day meaning I would have ovulated late on cd 20....and now Idk wth is up bc I woke up this morning to some aggravating ass itchy nipples, I DO NOT symptom spot! Other than cervix and CM bc my period and pregnancy symptoms are the same and nothing changes with my body until around 6 weeks. But........wth is up with my nipples? they itch soooo bad and when I scratch them or rub them with my shirt they burn?
