Morning lady's. 17wks today yipeeeee and I had a horrible nights sleep got this dreadful tickley cough that only appears at night. π§π΄. Anyone got any ideas how to get rid of it. Xxk

Maybe try using another pillow that will keep you elevated? I find that helps xx

ive haf the same and putting albas oil on my pillow and a little vicks vapour rub on my chest and laying slightly more upright has helped me sleep xxx
