actually, a home remedy that works, take a gum wrapper, put a little tooth paste on the inside then sprinkle in some baking soda, let that sit on your teeth for 30 min. twice a week and you'll notice a change

yes perfectly ok i've been using them my entire pregnancy & have been fine & if you dont want to use them than use Charcoal ( look on Amazon )

I don't think so, fluoride is bad during pregnancy and I'm almost positive that it's use in those
