He will more than likely make the doses higher until your sugar is regulated, my dr does the same with me. It's hard I know

I take 30 of lantus in the am, 10 with breakfast, 14 with lunch and 20 with dinner and 24 more of lantus at bedtime.. I know it's a pain but it's all worth it in the end!! @lynnx1800
