Any suggestions for warming my dogs into not being able to sleep in the room with us anymore? They have been out babies since they were t weeks old and have always been in our bed, but with Cooper due any day now I don't think it will be a good idea. Cooper won't be in the bed, but we have a bassinet for the side of the bed and I am terrified of the girls jumping on him while we are asleep.

You'd be surprised how gentle dogs are with babies. If your that worried just lock them out at night time

@mandy890, I plan on locking them out... but, they have always been in the room so I wanted to warm them into it because I know they will cry all night... it is kinda also to warm me into it as well because I have had them there every night for a year and a half.

I would see how they are with baby during the day. They may not even go near. And youll be fine to have them in with you

My dog has been with us in bed ever since we got him, and he's been fine with the baby. The only thing he's ever done is look in the basinett at the baby but has never jumped in or done anything to her. Just see how they are with the baby

@mandy890, @amandaphillips I am glad to hear that because my husband took this picture this morning... and Moo usually hates cuddles and it broke my heart since we starting talking about their bed stay last night.
