You have to try to stay cool in the summer, not spend a lot of time in the sun, etc. if your core temperature gets above 102 it can cause stress on you and the baby

I only have a shower I usually sit on the floor maybe that's why I don't feel dizzy

Same for me I get super light headed when the water is to warm and almost pass out so I have to keep it at a medium temp and I used to love hot showers and baths

Now that I'm pregnant the hot water actually makes me feel like I'm going to pass out. It's the weirdest thing ever. I loved them before.

I take hot showers. Especially when my back hurts. I turn the water cooler when it's hitting my stomach but on my back it's super hot. I take a water bottle in the shower with me. Baby and I are fine. My doctor even let's me use a heating pad on my back when I need it.

During the summer your not suppose to be outside as much, and sweating. The hot shower raises your body core temperature which makes it super super hot for the baby in there !
