I need help mommas!! S I have mastitis and they prescribed me keflex. I am not too happy about this because I don't take medications. I've been waiting on this herbal doctor to get back with me but he's not taking this serious. I guess I just want to know has anyone had mastitis and been prescribed an antibiotic? Did it work?

The best natural antibiotic you can take, is plain ole raw garlic. I hope I'll never get mastitis, cause even a clogged up duct hurts like hell!

lots of infections can be helped by taking garlic capsules, i do it for yeast infections or UTIs, but for the ones that can't, that's where modern medicine comes in handy!! antibiotics (like penicillin) aren't UNnatural anyways. it comes from a bacteria culture, like from strawberries or bread. mastitis can be gnarly, I think it's worth it to just take the antibiotics and move on with life.

@kattastrophe I don't think nobody is understanding my questions. I already took them because I can't deal with this any longer. I'm asking if it helped others who've been through it.
