I think I over did it on our trip this weekend. This SPD is at its worse. I can't roll over in bed or get out of bed without help. Like everything is a challenge. Even worse I can't pick up my baby. I'm too hard headed to sit down. I've got a house to pack up and move before Saturday. #prayersplease
